Smashburger - Westwood

Very bad experience with a delivery order today. fries and sweet potatoes fries were missing, but even worse the chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. disgusting and unacceptable. I'll never get smashburger again.

I ordered the brisket burger and was extremely pleased with my decision. This restaurant reminds me of 5 Youngs, but it offers a wider variety of choices.

The most confusing and inefficient I have ever experienced. they go in and it is unclear whether their order is ready or not. they can not access the bags to see because there is a coworker who manages the opposite, but do not read the names of the bags that sit there. the order took forever and these people work at a chick pace. the whole etage was so slippery and honest to observe that she asked me how much they follow any kind of food safety guidelines. the first and last time to come here!

We came here when we loved smashburger, but they had no air conditioning on a summer day with 95 degrees temperatures and the staff did not take a job, despite a small line meeting, for over 10 minutes. we eat a panera brot next door.

The burgers are excellent, and the staff is friendly, but it seems they are struggling with understaffing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant has declined, and I've noticed a deterioration in overall quality over the past two years.
