Pizza At The Branch - Westwood

Equally concerning was the cleanliness of the establishment. While she was mopping the floor, she asked the cook if she needed to mop behind the counter, to which he casually replied, "not every day." I don't typically write reviews; I usually just choose not to return. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, but from the memorabilia on the walls, it seems like this used to be a nice family-run business. I genuinely hope they can reclaim their former success, but they definitely need to improve their standards. To top it all off, when we got home, we discovered a long black hair on one of the pizzas.

I've never been disappointed at this restaurant until today. The service was outright rude. As we were trying to place our burger order, a staff member named Leann interrupted me twice to answer the phone and took a phone order while ignoring us. She didn't even ask the caller to hold. Seriously???

Delicious pizza and milkshakes! The atmosphere is clean and friendly. It's also very kid-friendly, with an indoor game where children can catch stuffed animals to keep them entertained while they wait.

Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Great atmosphere! The kids had a fantastic time. We're moving to the area soon, so we'll definitely be returning!
