Wawa - WESTVILLE

I had a great experience at this Wawa! They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, coffee, and shakes. The environment is clean and very welcoming.

The orders were wrong and the service was slow. The employees were talking to each other, and it took the sandwich-maker 30 seconds to put 3 slices of cheese on a roll. It took so long despite not being busy, and they still forgot to put mayo on the blt, and cheese on the breakfast sandwich. I work at wawa, and you're not supposed to take bacon from the hot foods table, and re-cook it in the oven on top of the bagel, it burns it, that's common sense.

This place has really gone downhill in the last year. They can't handle long lines as well as other stores. And the hot dogs have become an issue. Today I went in for a hot dog at 3:45pm. The time stamped for them to come out of the case was 3:00pm. What were they doing for 45 minutes? I will no longer use this location.

Employees are always nice, courteous, helpful... Sometimes you get an awesome sandwich made with love, other times you get something questionable of what you ordered, made by someone who could care less. Coffee fountain drink station is usually a hot mess whenever I'm in there... Regardless of all that, it's still my Wawa, I'm still there everyday, still love Wawa.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They never have anything in stock, and when I asked for a roll of butter, they didn't even bother to ask what I wanted. I wasn't aware that the rolls were supposed to come with butter, and I ended up paying for a dry roll. The staff were rude, and I plan to go to newer, larger establishments from now on. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.
