Dairy Queen - WESTVILLE

Yesterday, as we were leaving the area and heading back to South Bend, I was extremely grateful for the excellent service we received. My son was fixated on the ice cream selection, but the employee with red hair was incredibly patient and helped him make a decision. Our overall experience was fantastic, our order was prepared exactly as we requested, and we felt warmly welcomed. We will definitely return the next time we are in town. Thank you for making a long day much more enjoyable!

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I rarely write reviews, but the employees working the closing shift, including a young red head and dark haired girls, were extremely rude. They messed up my blizzard order and did not speak to me when I arrived at the window. Despite closing at 9 o'clock, I got there at 8:30 and politely requested a blizzard, but they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by being there before closing. I will not be returning to this establishment and will be sure to share my negative experience with others.

NOT friendly at all. Felt like we were bothering them when we ordered 2 shakes at the drive thru. In addition to that, 2 small shakes were almost $10. Wow. Guess we're paying for that extra friendly service, huh?

I give this restaurant a chance every few months, but something always goes wrong. This time, I ordered an m&m blizzard with chocolate ice cream, but they made it with vanilla and added chocolate syrup instead. The taste was drastically different. The meal type was classified as "Other" and the price per person was $1-10. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

Ordered food person in front of us food was wrong the four girls working up front laughed about it person in drive thru they messed up their order twice and was laughing took 20 minutes to fix a four piece chicken strip meal and a chili dog. Very unprofessional. My sister ordered a 4 piece chicken strips meal took 22 minutes. Very unsatisfied probably will not visit that store again. We ate there plenty of times in past no problems but this time no control in store
