Starbucks - Westport

Great new location but slow in store service especially for espresso drinks. Maybe that's a given since they are a drive through or just understaffed

Location is nice and has clean restrooms. My go-to order for years has been a java chip frappuccino and I think this was the best one I’ve ever had!

I’ve been here multiple times. They don’t carry the plastic inserts for the cups anymore. They said it’s by choice. The Norwalk store has them and said that they carry them because they’re a safety feature. I agree. Today, I ordered my drink through the app and waited 15 minutes while the entire drive thru line went through.The app had said that my drink would be ready in 10 minutes.I was told by a snarky woman as she spoke over me that they were behind on drinks. I don’t like being talked over it’s rude.

Worst service ever! Staff would rather joke and be on their phones then actually do their jobs

Made an order for pick and couldn’t pick up unless I wait in the long car drive thru. Also need to use the bathroom and couldn’t.
