Panera Bread - Westport

I just love having my breakfast or brunch at this place. My favorite it’s always the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread . Good to remember my meetings with friends !

The location of this Panera Bread is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking available as well.

Worst customer service I ever had in any Panera store. They hire kids to work there who don’t even know how to speak with customers. Also they took almost 30 min to prepare one meal. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I visited Panera at 6 o'clock and walked in to find about 6 workers in the restaurant. I waited patiently at the counter for around 4 minutes, but none of the workers acknowledged me. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave as it seemed they were too busy to take my order. As I was leaving, I mentioned to a woman who appeared to be the manager that the service was lacking. She sarcastically thanked me and laughed in my face. If you're looking for good service and genuine people, I would not suggest visiting this Panera.

I went to this Panera Bread to get a bite to eat and get some work done while I was there. When I go to Panera, I usually order on their kiosks. A couple of this Panera's kiosks were down, but I found one to order on. I prefer using these because it's much easier to customize your order. I got a caesar salad and a mango smoothie. The food came out very quick and the staff was very nice. Fresh and tasty, as always! The WiFi worked well for doing work on my computer. Nice environment with friendly staff and clientele. Altogether, this is a nice Panera Bread with quick service, good food and a nice environment.
