Bistro Du Soleil - Westport

A MUST-visit in Westport! I recently dined there with a group of six, and everyone ordered something different. We all left feeling extremely satisfied. Du Soleil has just opened, and you'll notice a lovely yet simple decor as soon as you walk in. However, the decor is nothing compared to the amazing, high-quality meal you’re about to enjoy. Honestly, you’re in for one of the best dining experiences in Westport. While the prices are on the higher side, the portion sizes and quality will make you feel like you got a great deal. Plus, it’s BYOB, which adds even more value to the experience. In short, this is truly one of the best kitchens in all of Fairfield and Westchester counties.

The family that runs this establishment is wonderful; they attend to every detail, accommodating food allergies and ensuring you have plenty of delicious bread and dipping oil. They provide the right utensils and plates for sharing, and they handle your BYOB wine with care, opening and serving it properly. We dined here before the pandemic, and this was our first visit back. We felt completely safe regarding COVID-19 protocols. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant!

Absolutely fantastic! I really enjoyed the food. Just remember to bring your own wine to complement the meal. The escargot was delightful!

This small, family run restaurant is our favorite in Westport. I started with the crab cakes over arugula last night, perfectly crisped letting the sweetness of the crab meat to dominate. The lobster bisque got rave reviews from our friends. I followed it with classic coq au vin, which fell off the bone and melted in the mouth. My wife loved her seared sesame crusted tuna. The braised short ribs were another favorite in our group. Don't skip the desserts! The ricotta pistachio cake was a great finish to the meal. The service is always friendly and well executed. Bistro is BYOB, so you can bring your favorite wines to accompany a great meal.

This place about taste, not like other place. Food here is looks like art object. And yammy!
