So I definitely give it another star. It's a shame that you can't give new stars because this is the worst grill snack I've ever eaten. The last time the food was actually quite hot, but now it's totally cold. That's almost 16 € well, the quality has to suffer somewhere. But it still can't be acceptable that a schnitzel with fries is really cold and what upsets me the most is that every other City Grill accepts card payments of any kind. Except this one. I have an internet bank, but they seem to be fraudulent banks anyway, so they only accept normal banks such as Sparkasse or Volksbank. At the other Citygrills I can definitely pay with my cell phone, which is not possible with them. So definitely. The store has seen me for the last time. Never again. I'd rather buy pea soup from Kaufland and make it warm. Tastes just as good, even better. And the food was really cold and it can't be that Irhove to Flachsmeer so cold. So it's amazing how the quality has to suffer. Even though we have high inflation, people still want a warm meal. And I'm a person who doesn't use cash all that much anymore. I don't know whether the boss would ever be able to speak to me at some point, but it might be advisable. Getting cash for food costs me between €3 and €6 in fees, which is just cheeky. and kindness also needs to be learned. Maybe we should put together a new team.
