They don’t accept chips cards up front. All in all horrible experience.
The manager of the restaurant was extremely unprofessional. My father and I were dining when she came into the dining room and began to raise her voice at my father. She called him a liar and insisted that we pay for fries due to her own mistake in handling our order. At the time, there were other customers present, and our experience had already been spoiled by the mix-up with my father’s order. He inquired about the item he had paid for, and she became irritated because fries had been placed on his plate, which he had not returned. She resorted to using profanity and then attempted to play the victim. Despite it being her fault regarding the incorrect order, she made us pay for the fries. We returned the item she insisted upon, and reluctantly paid the bill. Clearly, she should not be working in the food industry, as she lacks basic customer service skills. Additionally, it seemed that all of the employees in the dining room were under the influence during our visit. I will never patronize this establishment again, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a meal.
Terrible experience. We encountered numerous issues with our meals. When I inquired about the regular price, I found that the dish wasn’t even on the menu. The staff was unclear about pricing and couldn't assist us when we wanted to make changes, which led to confusion. We also didn't receive our entire meal and had to ask about it. I definitely won't be returning.
Overall, everything was excellent, but the hush puppies tasted burnt and were a bit chewy.
When I attempted to return the chicken along with my receipt, the cashier was polite, but the manager refused to replace anything that had already been consumed. I had eaten only one piece of chicken, and everything else on my plate was untouched. It was clear that most of the staff wanted to help, except for one individual who was rude and insisted the mistake was mine. As someone who works as a cashier, I understand the importance of getting orders right, and I believe in correcting mistakes when they occur. For my sister-in-law to spend $50 on a meal that was incorrect truly ruined our dining experience. While I commend the other employees for their good customer service skills, I do think that this manager needs to reassess their role in customer service, as they refused to address the issue properly. While the food might come out quickly, every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, whether they're at a fast food restaurant or a high-end steakhouse. I appreciate the efforts of the other staff, but one 'bad apple' can spoil the whole experience. It was disheartening to see such contempt.
