Sushi Nova - Westmont

Flavors were awesome, service was pretty quick, and overall a great variety. Only reason for not giving five stars is all of the rolls were pretty much room temperature, and I personally prefer the fish/vegetables on my sushi/sashimi/nigeri to be pretty cold. I'll definitely return and hope that my experience improves next time!

Friendly staff great sushi. Haven't been to an all-you-can eat sushi bar in a while. Big menu including rolls I haven't seen elsewhere. Be sure to eat all that you order! There's an extra charge for uneaten food per the menu.

The place wasn’t busy when we arrived so was great for us to be able to explore the menu We decided for the All you can eat option, the restaurant was clean the service was ok not great the sushi was okay we were not impressed it didn’t taste very fresh

This place is amazing!! Delicious food and wonderful staff. You can’t beat their AYEC lunch special, the rolls are tasty and we always try something new. Never disappointed!!

I went to the restaurant midday on a Saturday. My waitress was PHENOMENAL. While handling more than her fair share of tables she politely managed a difficult and picky family.This was my first time visiting and I got all you can eat. Although its a higher price than other Sushi spots, the reviews convinced me. I was disappointed when I found every role was at room temperature. The fried rolls I got were warm all the way through and barely crispy, as if they were microwaved. The cold rolls were also warm, as if they sat for a half hour.There were maybe a half dozen customers and the food came quickly enough that the only way I can see this happening is with pre-made rolls or ingredients that sit out. I made more than one order, with various rolls, and it was the same each time.I will not be back to this location.
