Shree Indian Vegetarian - Westmont

To start, we ordered Aloo Tikki and Onion Bhajiya. The Aloo Tikki was nicely crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. For our main dishes, we tried Dal Makhani, Malai Kofta, and Paneer Dosa. Paneer Dosa is my all-time favorite, and this one did not disappoint, standing out for its abundance of fresh tomatoes and a creamy texture. Despite hearing many positive reviews about this Indian restaurant, I found it to be overrated and not living up to the hype.

Shree is absolutely delightful! I've been there several times and usually order the same dishes each time. We adore the samosas—they're delicious and spicy! I also enjoy the murmel distributor. The food is consistently good.

Often, buffet food tends to cater to more basic tastes, but this buffet, on the other hand, was bursting with flavor and spice, and everything was served hot. The restaurant was bustling with families, making it clear that it's a popular spot for lunch.

Their menu is simple yet delicious. Mostly every dish I’ve ordered here is better than the other restaurants in the area. Be warned though that their mango lassi and other items can contain a lot of sugar. I definitely could not finish them. The samosas were crispy yet soft. The sambar vadas were not too hard and were also crispy. I’m not sure how they got the consistency correct — but it’s delicious. I came here with a friend for dinner last week. Highly recommend this place for vegetarians, vegans, and families. The service could be a little better. The staff was friendly but busy so it took a little while to track someone down. They also forgot my buddy’s main order…so we ate at separate times, which is unfortunate. We had to wait around 20 extra minutes for his order to come. Still, I suggest going here. They also cater for weddings. The friend I was with got the food catered from here.

Purely vegetarian restaurant with South Indian cuisine and North Indian cuisine. They have the bar inside the restaurant. If it's little crowded also you need to wait little longer to place the order and to get the food. One must try Paneer Tika Masala. It's really delicious and mouth watering. Mango juice tastes like Rasna.
