Grill 89 - Westmont

I believe that there should not be a charge for seltzer water when dining for dinner.

I went for lunch and had an awful experience. I usually don't write reviews, but the customer service was really disappointing. Our server, Amanda, came to our table, stared at us without saying a word or greeting us. She just stared! After we placed our orders and received our drinks and meals, she never came back to check on us or offer refills. Meanwhile, she went to several other tables multiple times within the same time period. We had to wait a long time to get our bill, and when we left, the hostess or someone else in the front didn't say anything. Overall, it was a terrible experience with very bland food.

Johanna is one of the worst servers I have ever encountered. She arrived at 11:30 a.m. for lunch with a terrible attitude. Be sure to ask for a different server.

We went to a graduation party at Grill 89. I rarely get to Westmont but this is a nice place. The burgers were fine nice brioche buns too and all the fixings were really good grilled onions, mushrooms, cheeses, and bacon too. The home-made chips were a very nice touch so overall an enjoyable experience.

I love the atmosphere, the decor and the food and service are awsome! Went there again and everything was great as usual.
