Przekaż informację zwrotnąHello everyone! I would like to share my experience at the restaurant. I ordered a Toofani sandwich and noticed that the staff didn’t spread the cheese on it. When I asked why, they rudely informed me that they don’t provide that service. One of the staff members was particularly unfriendly towards me. Additionally, I saw that the menu listed the sandwich for $14.90, but I was charged $15.40. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my visit.
When we notified the waitress about our concerns, she replaced our dishes with what she claimed were new ones, but they were just as uncooked. It seemed as if the chef didn’t bother to prepare fresh meals; instead, he just altered the ones we returned by adding more of the same poor-quality food. We barely managed to eat anything, even after voicing our dissatisfaction. We also spoke to the girl behind the counter about the situation, but she appeared indifferent and offered a feigned sympathy with a flat demeanor. This is a clear example of poor customer service. Staff should embody a sense of hospitality and accountability towards their customers. While she may not have been responsible for the food quality, she certainly could improve her customer service skills. As a customer, I felt undervalued and disregarded, and I am unlikely to return. We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but the quality of both the food and hospitality has significantly declined.
Previously, they offered great street food, but times have changed. The quality of the food has declined, and it's now overshadowed by rude staff. During our visit today between 8 and 9 o'clock, we ordered their so-called Vividh Special daal chawal for the main course. The rice was overcooked, and when we politely requested a fresh serving with properly cooked rice, hilariously, the second serving was the exact same overcooked rice. It seems the cook might have sent back the rice we returned! In any case, we paid for our meal and expressed our concerns about the food quality to the young lady at the counter, who appeared somewhat short-sighted. She didn't seem to care at all, simply offering a lackluster apology. This is certainly a prime example of poor customer service!
Eating is good, but the personal is bad, rude and zero hospitable we have experienced the partiality third time.
