Taco John's - Westminster

We will not be dining at this restaurant again. After waiting for our order for 25 minutes, I unfortunately witnessed some concerning practices in the kitchen. A young girl was seen handling multiple tasks without changing her gloves or washing her hands. She first took a job outside in the parking lot, then returned to another task. After that, she handled orders at the cash register before going back to food preparation. She then cleaned the restrooms and returned with the same gloves on. It was unhygienic and concerning to see her then touch the counter and continue preparing food without changing gloves. The lack of proper hygiene practices and disregard for health codes by the employees was disturbing. It appeared that there was lack of supervision by a manager, as the employees were arguing amongst themselves. It was disappointing as we used to enjoy dining here, but it is not worth the risk of getting sick.

I love this restaurant! I have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. They always make my orders fresh, especially for my pregnant wife, and the food tastes amazing.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After ordering food and waiting at the window for my change, I received it after a long wait. The service was slow and one of my drinks was spilled on my truck. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told that I was lucky the order was more expensive than what I had actually ordered. The manager offered me a gift card to change my negative review to a 5-star rating, despite the poor service I received. Overall, I would not recommend this place, as it seems to be poorly managed and unprofessional.

This situation is by far my favorite. faster service, friendly and clean. they also take care of the customers. the queso blanco is brilliant and great with the immersion of the kartoffels. street tacos are a must.

Just for waiting extra couple minutes I got free Lil potatoes. The cashier was extremely nice!!!
