Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhat a disappointing experience at this establishment (specifically the Westminster location). I arrived at 1:00 AM and pulled up to the drive-thru. After pressing the service button, I was rudely told, "the stands are closed, pull around." So, I moved ahead in line about five cars. After waiting ten minutes without any progress, I decided to leave and drove around the building. When I looked at the drive-thru window, it was empty, and I saw four employees sitting inside, smoking cigarettes, including the manager. This was a complete waste of my time, and I will never return to this place.
I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, but my last two experiences were disappointing. The tacos were overly tough, and the fried onion rings were hard as well. My chili dog looked like someone had taken a few bites out of it already. I had to ask for a replacement. The staff is limited, and they really need to improve their service. I think I’ll be heading to Arby’s instead.
This was absolutely the worst meal I've ever had. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru and ended up throwing away $23.72. Even the milkshake was undrinkable—how can they serve a shake that isn't cold? It makes you question whether it even contains real ice cream. This was my first and last visit!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. the other side that the manager seems to ignore the customer. what the other employees follow their example. we have to shout the hands before them so that they acknowledge us. it felt like they were acting.
They’ve messed up my orders several times. They’re rude every time I visit. I put an order through the app and waited 30 minutes to be told they never received the order. All in all terrible experiences and I recommend NO ONE patron here.
