Smashburger - Westminster

These guys always do such a nice job. This is our kids’ favorite fast casual spot for a yummy meal on the go.

We ordered our food online and it said it would be ready at 2 PM, we arrived exactly on time and our food was ready! The restaurant was pretty empty (on a Sunday) but very clean. The staff was friendly and our food was extremely good. I’m only giving them 4 stars for two reasons.....First, my burger was so messy that stuff was dripping out of the package onto me and I could barely eat the burger without it going everywhere (picture below). I think I used at least 10 napkins. The other reason is because when the cashier handed us our cups, she had her fingers inside of them instead of on the outside, like you would expect someone in a restaurant to hand you them to you. Ugh gross!

A favorite place for tasty Burgers. I love snacking here. The service was very friendly and attentive. The place has a cool atmosphere.

Manager on duty at 3 pm on 12/2 quickly and politely corrected my order. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is what counts and he handled it very well

It's been in this place several times. over 2 years ago pre Covid and not impressed, very bland. Recently I went on several different occasions and food was hot and made with perfection. I understand Post Covid that they had troubled. I'm really happy with her? Colorado? Everything!!! However, I have seen that some very bad customers do not act for any reason. Treat the staff terrible, again on several occasions!. No wonder they're hard to keep people. People in this area seem to be quite rude. I've seen what seems to be fraud before my family. The young men who work there have always treated us properly. Her younger cooktop Covid is great and always ensured that our food was hot and perfectly prepared. He was our cook last few times and was very friendly. We bring the family back to try more! Everything so far was great. Clean and pleasant environment, minus some really terrible customers.
