Sergio's Pizza - Westminster

Old Fashioned Pizza at Sergio’s is, in my opinion, the best pizza in Carroll County. If you go, request the pizza made by the guy from New Jersey—his name is Steve, but they call him “Snap.” They top the pizza with a spicy Fra’diavolo sauce, which is delicious but can be quite spicy, so proceed with caution. Personally, I love it, but tastes vary. If you prefer, I'm sure you can opt for the regular sauce instead.

The food was excellent, with generous portions. The waitstaff did a fantastic job, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The pizza was delicious, and I really enjoyed the carrot cake as well.

The first indication that something remarkable is happening here is the fact that almost every table is occupied on weeknight evenings. Fortunately, I’ve never had to wait for a table, although last night it seemed we were the only ones with an open spot. I’m lucky to live just a few minutes away, but this restaurant is worth the drive if you're coming from outside the area. I’m not sure who is working their magic in the kitchen—perhaps it’s Sergio himself—but whoever it is, they are exceptional. Ironically, we've never ordered pizza despite hearing great things about it, largely because the Specials menu is simply too enticing. Do yourself a favor and visit this place; it’s truly fantastic!

We had the fried Calamari appetizer. It was a very generous portion and perfectly roasted. The **** Mary was one of the best I had in a long time. Courteous and attentive service by Sarah. A very pleasant experience.

Great food and friendly service. Pizza is unique and fantastic! Rick the owner is always very welcoming and appreciative of his guests. He runs a great restaurant and Westminster is fortunate to have it.
