My friend ordered, and then the cars came to our table. We have siu mai, har gow, soup dumplings, steamed bbq pork buns, baked bbq pork buns, shrimp noodle rolls, roasted shrimp buns, egg and beet cake, and mini egg cakes. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. The staff was polite. I always love family restaurants. It would definitely be worth a return trip.
We've been here before, but this time we had to write a review. This place wasn't like before. They improved the waiter experience with the Yelp Waitlist. The waiting list quoted us at 60-70 minutes waiting time. I wish we could add our name to the waiting list. The food was okay. We ordered the normal dimming amount as we usually do. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, pork soup dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, beef rolls, Chinese broccoli's, mussels with black bean sauce, baked pig beans and pig bones. My favorite is the shells with black bean sauce. The rice rolls looked very sluggish and sat out for a long time. The rest of the dumplings was on average for other Chinese restaurants. The restaurant was kind of dirty, for example the teapot must have been used by previous customers, and they just filled the pot with water and handed over to us, but the service was fast. Everything came out in time. I'd come back for a quick dimming sum and wait an hour in the car.
Wow! The food here was delicious!! The Dim Sum was 100% perfect. We also bought the lobster plate where they ask you how many Lbs you want, they go for a live lobster in the tank, which around the size you want, and then cook it up and serve you with noodles, sooo good! Expect that there is always a waiting time, we waited for about 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Waiting is worth it. Five stars!
This is a good place, especially if you are used to the standard procedures of a dim space. It is a very lively restaurant that can be seen with staff and sometimes the quality of food. I have a few favorites such as chicken feet, beet cake and sticky rice, which is really the standard of the dimming sum I return to Asia. However, personal favorites such as har as and siu mai fell short of expectation. Overall, it is a good place to go when the craving dim sum.
The BEST Kung Pao Chicken in the county! Their Dim Sum is most definitely worth the wait, so be patient..as they're usually is a line. Great atmosphere and a staff that makes you feel at home! I love this place. One of my Top 5 Favorite restaurants in the nation!
