Ngoc Suong - Westminster

The restaurant had a minimalist atmosphere. On a Sunday night, a single waitress managed to cover the nearly full dining area. Dinner service was slow. We ordered four Avocado Shrimp salads, but they were unfortunately served without any dressing. This appears to be an issue with management rather than the servers. We had reserved a long table for 21 people three days in advance, yet when we arrived at 6:30 PM as scheduled, another group was already seated at our table. Overall, it seems that this restaurant struggles to accommodate large groups.

I went to dinner at 5:30, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The server—who I believe may have been the owner—was rude and rushed me in order to save my table for larger karaoke groups. In the evenings, there are only three small tables, and during lunchtime, the place is always empty. The service was poor, and the food was nothing to write home about. Overall, I found the karaoke atmosphere to be disappointing.

On the positive side, I loved the mango fried fish salad, which included red onions, crunchy green apples, carrots, and cilantro all tossed in a sweet fish sauce. I also enjoyed their Taro Coco milk dessert. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service could definitely be improved.

Restaurant is clean well decorated. Service is prompt, friendly courteous. Foods taste quite good but some dishes might not be entirely authentic (still good however). We will be back definitely would recommend it especially if you have non-vietnamese guests want a decent place to entertain them.

Great service and food. Great portion sizes for family and party.
