I usually don 't rent a car on Anaheim trips although my brother does which came-in handy this trip when he decided to join us. Not only did I get a chance to shop at the outlet mall, I also had the chance to dine at some tasty places such as this one. I dined here twice during my six night stay. A great break from what my brother calls elevated amusement park food inside the theme parks. I agree. I love to dine on Chinese food and what a great find just minutes from our Anaheim hotel across Disneyland.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I was looking forward to eating seafood, but didnt get any seafood. First, they moved locations. The new location is an unmarked no sign restaurant and it took us 3 different plaza back and forth to figure out which it is. To clarify, it is the old teobotebo place!!!! They give you the address and the corner streets but since its an unmarked no sign outside restaurant, we cannot figure out which location it is. It took us over 45 minutes finding the place! When we get to the place, the menu does not have any seafood at all. I see an aquarium with the crabs but its not in their menu. The menu also have a different restaurant name. Such a big big disappointment!!!!
This location is closed. Had some writing in a foreign language. Unsure what the reasoning is
We were very sad cuz we REALLY wanted this to be good ? The server was so sweet and service was incredibly fast (almost suspiciously fast, actually ?? . The decor/style inside was also pretty neat. The drinks were good! The lemonade was super sweet with a unique flavor. The Thai Milk Tea was also good with a unique flavor aftertaste too. The quantity you get is massive. The Tempura Shrimp was ok, the breading is thicker than I prefer (like the light/thin breading tempura often has but the flavor was good. The Garlic Shrimp Noodles I was so excited for cuz the photos look so yummy, but unfortunately I literally had a couple bites of it and couldn’t finish anymore ? The flavor was horrible.I also feel bad being so blunt, but I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad Fried Rice ? My husband literally covered it with sriracha to be able to finish most of it, but the taste was so awful. Whatever “meat” they put in it that’s not the shrimp was definitely not meat, the flavor and texture of it was so gross.Their online menu is also not up to date, which is ok. She told us what was inaccurate before confirming that’s what we wanted. So just something to note ? We were going to try their churros but decided not to given how the rest of the food was… they also weren’t on their in-person menu, so I’m not sure if they’re available or not.
Very underwhelming. Went here to try something new, specifically, the cheese tots that's on their website only to find out that was the precovid menu, and the haphazard menu in front of us was the current menu. None of our 3 menus looked the same. Pages were in different order. Precovid was 2 years ago. Update the website! Service: Service was lacking. It's such a small restaurant, and with only two parties dining in, how hard is It to ask if we needed anything, or to even see that our water jug was empty. Our table was literally in front of 3 workers. Service is a make or break for me and this did not pass the check. Food: It was ok. 2 of us ordered shaken beef plates but it was more onion than meat. 1 chicken plate that the husband did enjoy and liked the amount of onions. Shrimp/crab Egg rolls were ok. Different from the usual ones I eat. It had a funny taste to me, but not sure if it's because it actually tasted funny, or if I was just out of my food comfort zone. We will not be back.
