Jersey Mike's Subs - Westminster

Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac. (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself They were helpful and honest. When I got there to order the staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they?d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for an allergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I?ve been to mikes in nj and their gluten free wasn?t fresh probably bc it doesn?t get ordered often and I felt listened to and served well as a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location. My grandsons love this place. I now agree. Subs were delicious chicken ranch was my choice, excellent. Steak n cheese also good. Great cookies too!

Food was great! Lady that sliced the turkey was very nice. After that it went down hill quickly. Told the toppings guy that I just wanted lettuce, tomato, mayo only. As he reaches to grab onions..., no mayo on the sub and then started to put some oil and vinegar juice on a turkey sandwich. Then the cashier showed me a sign for future reference that said they put the juice on all subs. I guess even when you say only lettuce, tomato, and mayo, it doesn't matter. For future reference, pay attention to the customer and learn some customer service!

Usually we love this place. But be careful with the chicken cheesesteaks. I ordered one tonight and brought it home and bit into something hard and it was a really sharp piece of bone about 1/2 inch long. I called and spoke to a girl who said she was sorry and I could come in and get another sub. But after biting into that another sub didn?t seem very appealing.

Great subs.. friendly staff.fresh sliced deli meats for the subs..gets a little busy sometimes but worth the wait..
