Jack In The Box - Westminster

I have never been treated so rudely as I did at this location. I visited last night during (late night) besides dirty (cigarettes on the counter, kitchen floor nasty, cook eating while cooking)the male in drive through was extremely rude. I was picking up a DoorDash and waited a crazy amount of time. I asked to purchase a large soda and he refused to ring it up.

Spent $65 they got our order wrong and we were missing items and when we asked about our items the crept taker manager was so rude and she gave us attitude won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location

Always making dashers wait on orders instead of allowing them to pick up in drive thru even though the order is ready. The process would be fastest if you didn’t force the dasher to wait for acknowledgement from employee inside. The food is getting cold and then dasher suffers because long wait times.

Manager in afternoon is rude af and tried to check me but I checked him right back lol said I couldn’t use my free meal coupon after I had JUST used it at the same location a week before (I received 2 from jack because this same location messed up my order) said he couldn’t take it with major attitude that it was for franchised only stores mind you I came a week before to grab lunch and used my last coupon and a different manager didn’t hesitate to take it. Whoever he is (talks funny) needs better customer service!!!

The lady cashier working on april 11th at around 11pm was very rude when I ordered. She was yelling at me the whole time even though I only asked for boba milk tea and she didn’t have any.
