Every time I visit this restaurant for a mangonada, I’m told they “do not have the ingredients to make it.” On one occasion, they noticed how excited I was to have it and jokingly said, “Oh, let me in on the review.” To my surprise, they suddenly had it available! It feels like they might just be too lazy to prepare it or perhaps they have inventory issues. This is the only place where I've encountered this problem. At other establishments, they always have it in stock and serve me with a smile.

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, even during busy times. The selection of flavors was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent, all at affordable prices.

I discovered a hair in my cream. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hairnets. There were two men and a woman working, and one of the men kept running his hands through his hair before continuing to prepare the ice cream, seemingly still wearing the same gloves.

They went out of their way to make a special order cake for my son's birthday! It was so amazing and delicious.
