Banh Mi Che Cali Bakery - Westminster

The cashier gave me the wrong change saying I gave her a $10 bill when in fact I gave her $20. She pulled out a $10 from the register and showed it to me she could have pulled out any bill she wanted I know what I gave her. I called left my name and number and was told the manager was not there. Called again today was told the same thing and quickly hung up on. I hope the owner sees this review and contacts me. They can look at the video and once they do I expect an apology, a refund and the employee to see she was wrong. Location 25551 Brookhurst street, Westminster, CA 92683 on 5/28/23 around 3:30pm transaction total $7.25 I gave $20.25.

Baguette stuffed with cold cuts is really good here. This is the item I like the most (special with meatloaf, cold cut, and pâté . Price it 5.25 is cheaper than other places, still the price has kept going up quite fast.

Rock inside the sandwich.. not pebbles or sand. A rock!! I called and they said to come back and show them. I live 20 miles away, not down the street. When I get there they look and show all the other workers and laughed. They didn't act surprised or shocked. Is this not the first complaint? I don't understand what is so funny. I bought a sandwich to have my mother in law try for the first time. Does it look like I'm went to the backyard to grab a rock and toss into my mil's sandwich? All they said was they will replace the one sandwich. That's it?! I didn't need to come waste time and gas for a replacement sandwich. This place is ridiculous. You guys enjoy your food. At least a rock I can see, who knows what else they toss into their food!

Was close to this location to pick up some sammiches and this ain't the one. Our sandwiches were cold and took a while for only like 2 other people in the shop. Also has bums come inside asking me for money. I'll definitely stick to the other location
