Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis was the worst dining experience ever. It seems like there is new management because I have never had issues with this Applebee's before. We ordered our food from DoorDash and when it arrived, we noticed that we were missing a whole entree, some sauces, and a soup. We called to express our disappointment and they offered to replace the missing items if we returned to the restaurant. When we picked up the new items, they were already cold. We called back to complain and the manager accused me of swearing at her, which I never did. She was rude and incompetent. The next person we spoke to handled the situation much better. In my opinion, the current manager should be fired. We called three times and each time she was unprofessional. Katelyn, Caitlin, Caitlyn, or however you spell your name, you were awful.
The Chicken Wonton tacos were excellent. The loaded waffle fries were delicious and satisfying.
Our experience at the restaurant started off well as we received our drinks and placed our order for the 2 for $30.00 deal with a salad. However, despite the waitress saying our food would be ready shortly on two occasions and even bringing us a second cup of tea (indicating how long we had been waiting), after 30 minutes we still had not received our food, not even the salad. Our waitress seemed to have disappeared and when we informed a nearby busboy about the situation, he just looked at us blankly. We finally inquired about our server and after he went to the back, he never spoke another word to us and continued with his work. Meanwhile, the table behind us, who arrived after us, had already received their appetizers. After over 45 minutes of waiting with no food in sight and our server nowhere to be found even after speaking with the busboy, we decided to leave. As we walked out, I saw our server finally emerge from the back and go straight to the table behind us. It was my birthday and my friend of 61 years was treating me to dinner and a movie, but unfortunately, our server's lack of attentiveness and slow service ruined the celebration. It was also mentioned that it happened to be our server's birthday, which she commented on several times to us and her other tables. I hope she enjoyed her day, but unfortunately, she pretty much ruined mine.
The host, Tori, was incredibly friendly and attentive! She was very accommodating when I requested a booth and we had a pleasant chat for about 5 minutes with great conversation.
My boyfriend and I recently visited this location instead of the one in Dearborn, and I must say we will definitely be coming back to this location from now on!! Firstly, the hosts at the door were extremely friendly! Tori made sure we were welcomed and Serenity ensured we had a great seat at the bar for my boyfriend to watch the game. Our server, Alivia, was absolutely delightful! She engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us some fantastic recommendations! We ordered the bourbon streak steak and the half rack of ribs, and the food was exceptional, a solid 20/10. They were very accommodating to my shrimp allergy and took extra care to avoid any cross-contamination with my steak. Our drinks were always topped up, and even the manager, Michelle, came out to check on all the tables during our visit. Overall, a lovely establishment with excellent service! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I can't wait for our next visit!
