The Lone Wolf Express - Westlake

The chicken sandwich was a bit too soft for my liking, but it was still good. The pizza was decent, especially for the price of two slices for $4. The fries were delicious! Overall, it's definitely worth a try and very reasonably priced. I would come back again.

As you approach the restaurant, you'll find a menu board at the entrance and a wall display inside where you can choose your food items before reaching the counter. The breakfast options, sandwiches, and main dishes mostly cost under $10, with only a few exceptions. The line can be slow to move, regardless of how many people are ahead of you, due to their unique payment process that involves verifying customer ID and any casino discounts. After placing your order, the cashier will give you a number to place on your table, and your food will be freshly prepared before it's brought to you. This can take a little extra time, but it’s worth the wait. During our latest visit in December, we enjoyed three meals at Lone Wolf Express: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal was expertly spiced and delicious. We shared a fish plate and oversized cheeseburgers, both of which were more than enough for two people. The desserts, especially the cupcakes, were fantastic and truly stand out.

Our first visit to this restaurant was fantastic! Everything felt like it was made with love, just like Grandma would do. However, our most recent visit in February 2020 was not quite as impressive. The rice tasted old, and you could definitely tell. It wasn’t the same experience we remembered from just a few months earlier. On a positive note, we did try the special fried rice, and it was actually quite good. The portion was huge, enough for my son and me to have leftovers for the next day. The egg roll was also really tasty! I’m willing to give it another shot, hoping that our last visit was just an off day for the chef.

Visit (18 March 2019) I was impressed by the great customer service I was given and that I was inaugurated with other guests. I wish I had got the name of the server. She was an Asian middle 40' to 50's lady who would check for each table to either drop her food order on the table or inform her about her status of her order. This lady goes beyond and beyond to make sure you are happy. Our party ordered pizza slices that were an affordable price and served beautiful and hot. The pizza had a great taste and the crust was crispy and toasty.

Me and my mom had Shrimp Pho here and it 's super good despite the rice noodles being a bit thicker than normal. My sister had the general two 's chicken and she said it 's so good! so I 'll take her word for it. One complaint is the drinks are a little expensive at $3 a drink.
