Starbucks - Westlake

The staff is friendly, but my last 4 orders have 10-30 minutes late and at non peak volume times. Usually I just get a black iced coffee. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

I walked in and asked a gentleman for a decaf iced tea, which I've had many times, and he rudely insisted they didn't have it. It was clearly on the board. I walked away and sat with my friend so she could have her drink. My friend went up to a nice young girl maybe a manager? And she was kind enough to get me the drink I wanted and brought it to me.

Too slow and employees are not willing to work at all. No smile and greetings at all. One of the worst service at starbucks. I ordered two caramel brule lattes and they completely changed the taste of it. They were spilling all the milk all over the counter. Was really bad experience at a starbucks for the first time.

Guy named Michael was very unprofessional and very rude, he refused to give two cups of water for my kids because he was so “busy”.They don’t deserve bigger salaries.

The drinks here suck even when the store is completely empty.
