Subway - Westford

The new owners are not good; they cut the pay of all the employees when they took over the restaurant, and their customer service is terrible. Many other reviews echo this sentiment. Unfortunately, this location will never return to how it was before.

We had a very large order for a big party and this Subway took great care of us! They were very patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted. They labeled all of the subs and gave us a nice discount. Very organized professional and on top of everything we needed. Highly recommend this Subway

We ordered roasted chicken and veggie patty Subway sandwiches for a tween birthday party. The veggie patty sandwich was acceptable, but the chicken sandwich was quite disappointing; it barely had any chicken in it and was mostly filled with vegetables. It was really embarrassing, especially since we ordered online and couldn't see how it was prepared. It seems like the owners are trying to cut corners to save money, but they're likely to lose customers in the process and might end up needing to sell the restaurant. I'm really disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again.

Very good service, the employees are very pleasant and good at their jobs. The store is clean and kept up with. the food delivers what is expected from a subway.

Best subway location in America. Clean, good portions and good staff. Highly recommend westford location.
