The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly, the food is delicious, the delivery is quick, and they even remembered to bring a treat for my dog.

I dine at this restaurant often and enjoy the food. My only gripe is to avoid going there on New Year's Eve. It is complete chaos and there is always a young Asian girl working who is rude and clueless. However, when this wannabe valley girl is not on duty, the place is fantastic.

They used to be good, but have declined since the COVID-19 pandemic and inflation under President Biden have become the new normal. This restaurant no longer honors the coupons that were included in their menus, citing inflation as the reason. Prices have increased significantly, while the quality and portion sizes have decreased. The dining area is still cramped, even after all these years, and the temperature is turned down so low in the fall/winter that it is uncomfortable to dine in. It might be best to consider another option. It is a disappointing deterioration of what was once a decent local dining spot.

I have retracted any positive comments I made about this restaurant. I recommend avoiding this establishment as they are dishonest. After placing an order online and agreeing to a total, I was surprised to find a $3.49 surcharge added to my bill when I arrived to pay at the restaurant. I even showed the employee the online receipt which showed a total of $37.29, but she still insisted on charging the surcharge. This behavior is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this restaurant. They have been added to my list of blacklisted businesses due to their deceptive practices.

The food at this restaurant is incredible. The chicken teriyaki is cooked perfectly and the wings are delicious. I also love the vegetable noodles and the homemade fried rice. We used to go to Lokai, but now we order from Lake East because they make the best food ever.
