The employees are terrible, and I don't really blame them because the management/supervisors or whoever is supposed to be in charge are the dumbest people I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. I hate that this is the closest KFC.
Food was delicious, went through Drive through and pricing was great.
Went and got a 3 piece big box for my son. When we got it home, he found trash mixed in with his food. Went back to get a relapcement meal since they screwed it up. They only gave him a biscuit. Will not go here again. Very
This is the second time I got take-out from the westfield ma store and both times the chicken has been more than disappointing. The first time the chicken was one step from being raw the second time it was so over cooked it was charcoal. We won't even get into the cost of this stuff they call food . There was a time kfc was king they won't get another dime out of me . I suggest going to the big y and getting a box of banquet chicken at least thats edible.
I put an online order in for the 10 dollar 8 piece bucket of chicken and 2 wraps for 2 pm. I got to store at 5 of 2 .I went up to register told the girl my order she said that I canceled it. I said iam standing right here I didn't cancel. She had no response. I asked can I order it though you .she said no go outside and reorder. I said how long will that take. She said as long as it takes. I explained I didn't hang wrong and checked my email .the order was canceled while I was standing talking to her. I was fuming I left went home and called the manager .I explained to him he said nothing I can do .I asked is this except able customer service. He again stated nothing I can do .there is always a way to make things right KFC doesn't care about its customers. They win I will never go there again
