Grace Abe's - Westfield

A few weeks ago, we dined out with another couple and had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was freezing inside, and all the patrons were wearing their coats. Our food arrived cold, and when we sent it back, it came back 15 minutes later still cold. When we raised our concerns again, the waitress only made things worse by telling us they didn't need our business. As hospitality partners in the area, we both recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you enjoy being in a cold environment, eating cold food, and dealing with unfriendly staff.

I had dinner there a few weekends ago, and it was a rather disappointing experience. To start with, it was so cold inside that we, along with other tables, had to keep our jackets on. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm, so we sent it back. Unfortunately, the waitress escalated the situation by displaying an attitude and eventually told us they had enough customers and didn't need our business. My friends and I, all of whom work in the hospitality industry, found this response completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This place is a hidden gem! The pub pretzels and the house-made beer were the perfect way to kick off the evening. The brick oven pizza was fantastic. The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was unique. I would love to come back again!

Pizza is fine, very greasy. And just like 3 years ago when they opened, the pretzel is just not a pretzel. It?s to the level of false advertising. It?s really a spent grain stick at best. Dry.

A lovely addition to our Chautauqua County getaway. Mediterranean Pizza was delicious! Hubby tried their micro-brews and even purchased a growler on the way out. Seemed like they were short-staffed but that?s expected nowadays.
