Always a huge burger and speedy service! The fries are a must-try!

The restaurant was packed, but there was only one female manager and two young women on staff. They did an outstanding job. Despite the busyness, the manager took charge, worked diligently, and delivered exceptional service that exceeded my expectations for a busy evening. It was truly the best meal I've ever had.

While we were eating, I noticed an employee sitting down for her dinner during her break. Another staff member approached her, and I overheard some inappropriate comments between them. It was clear that everyone else who worked there was aware of what was happening, yet no one intervened. The situation escalated when the older employee began making loud comments directed at the younger girl, who seemed uncomfortable. I spoke up, and thankfully the girl stopped what she was doing, but this kind of behavior should never occur in a workplace. I felt it was unacceptable and plan to raise this issue.

Super customer service and the best milkshakes in westfield! when they are out of the shakes, they get a fresh one out of the building!

Come here if you want to wait over 30mins for a burger or if you like dealing with rude staff that would prefer to assist people on the phone, over people standing in line for 10+mins. While we were waiting, a girl cook in the back definitely sounded frustrated as she is letting people know they have to wait 25-30minutes per order.
