Applebee's - Westfield

I was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the quality of the food. I highly recommend the black salmon. I enjoyed sitting in the bar area, where the bartender provided excellent attention while also serving tables. I'm glad to return after having had less-than-stellar experiences in the past.

Great food, good service. We waited a few minutes, but when we got our table, our server was great! We haven't waited long for drinks or food.

We enjoyed delicious food served piping hot. Our waiter was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We were also seated earlier than expected at 6:00 PM on a busy Friday night, despite the parking lot being quite full.

The food was delicious! The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Applebee's is consistently a reliable choice for a set meal.

Had a great experience tonight all due to our server Matthew! He was taking care of the bar customers and 9 tables all at the same time!! They were very short handed as we are seeing so much these days. He got our order in very quick and was on top of filling our water on the spot. Very attentive and super polite! He deserved the hefty tip we left! His work ethic is so refreshing to see these days. Way to go Matthew!!
