Starbucks - Westerville

I love to visit this location on Saturday and Sunday. Never too busy and the wait is not long. Very friendly staff!Service: 5/5

Drive thru order. People working were lovely; however, my order was totally weong. Order: Venti iced coffee, no classic, two pumps mocha, light ice, side of vanilla sweet creamReceived: Venti iced coffee, FILLED with ice, no mocha, and a side of sweet creamI was looking forward to a good coffee.

Im a Starbucks regular but have to say this was by far one of the worse customer service experiences ive had. I mistakenly got in the drive thru line ahead of the order booth as I didnt see it (no cars cutoff as i was last) as I arrived at the window i tried to place my order and the young lady was happy to help but a the gentlemen in the back refused and asked her to tell me to go to the order booth and place the order. I understand process and rules but this is what pushes a customer away because someone wants to be a stickler about procedure at the wrong moment

This starbucks has gone so far down hill…i used to LOVE this location.multiple bad experiences bad customer service.but today we had the joy of finding that a barista dropped a stevia packet in our coffee.whatever is going on with new management newer baristas has us choosing any other location at this point.

First visit to this store. Got an ice tea and was good. The staff were friendly and courteous.Food: 5/5
