Mariano's - Western Springs

At first, I really liked this grocery store. There were plenty of spaces in the parking lot, and it was really easy for me to park. The store was also clean and bright when I went inside. There is a nice selection of goodies. The stocks are nice, but, of course, there are some selections that are out of stock or almost out of stock. The most important things I needed were the meat and the produce, aside from the necessities I needed. The meat and produce departments of the store have a nice selection that looks really fresh and has really good quality after I consume it. I do not really have problems with their products, and in fact, I like their products not only because I was able to get everything, I needed but also because the prices here are reasonable compared to the other stores around. The only problem I experienced in this store was with its employees. Their employees are rude and they are not really nice, unlike at other stores where the employees are friendly and helpful.

Good texture, nice variety and rotation of ice cream flavors. Also cool that you can pick up milk and other essentials while you are there.

A+ in every way, selection, price, layout, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The managerial team, some are responsive, and others just make excuses and are evasive. It's their job to address issues. I have not returned.
