Absolutely wonderful experience at Watford!! We did the “porcupine walk” and were greeted by Rowan who has stellar customer service. Our tour was guided by Brett who we can’t say enough good things about!! He was super informative and very personable. The wine tastings were delicious and generous. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Brett for a great afternoon.

Did one wine tasting and enjoyed it so much we had some lunch and did a second. You can sit in the shade or in the sun. The estate really has a authentic castle-like feel to it and we had a lovely afternoon. Definitely one of the best wine tasting spots in Stellenbosch!

The restaurant has indoors and outdoors seating under trees. The alcohol free Koelenhof grape juice is on the sweet side. Free bread incorporating seeds is served with the main course. The Spinakopita were very tasty.
