Sicily - WESTERHAM

Unfortunately the service I was given a couple of weeks ago was just appalling. A week previously I had a take away from Sicily and it was missing a main of calamari. When I got home I phoned and spoke to a very nice lady who had served me. She apologised greatly and said she had put a note to say that next time I would be given a refund off of the next payment. When I came to pick up the new order I was told there was no record of that and I was accused of trying to get a free meal. When I had placed my order I explained to the person in charge and then when paying I was told that the original lady had left and a new diary had been started so they would not give me a refund. Last minute booking for 50th birthday. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Sat us in the window seat as requested and the young waiter did a great job with the women in the group, even though they’d had a few too many.
