They don't even get the phone 30 mnts before the closing time its really bad

This load is very clean and the cash that helped me was polite and friendly

Girls at the counter were nasty, too lazy to take the order and that we must use app to order our food first. Then they would not let us inside. This is not mandated by the city. All in all I am very disappointed with this location this is the first very bad experience we've had with them. The girls at the counter should be fired!!!

Went from a 5 star review down to a 1 star review.Upon arrival, I walk in and theres people seated eating, I get compliments on my shirt by the patrons. Then I go to order, the kiosks are turned off. Then an employee tells me that the inside is closed. I go back to my car and go hop onto the drive through, there is a sign that says all lanes open, All time For the 2 drive through lanes. I go drive into the second lane. As I get up to the mic, there are cones and I have to back up my car through the drive through, almost getting into an accident, with the patrons who just complimented my shirt, thankfully there was no accident but I shouldnt have had to back up in a drive thru. I choose to get out of my car and flip down that sign that says both drive thrus are open, as its obvious the management here is not going to and I wish to avert any future accidents. As I pull up to the mic to order, it takes 2 or 3 minutes before anyone is available to take my order. Very disappointed in the management here, as it's the simple things like locking the doors, taking down signs and placing cones in visible locations that avoid any potential OSHA violations.

We Stopped By There.He Ordered First Then I Ordered When I Finally Figured Out What I Wanted.He Ordered A Number 3.For His Quarter Pounder, He Specifically Said No Onions And No Cheese. By The Time We Got In,And Opened The Food, We See Onions And Cheese.I Won't Ever Go To This Location Anymore.If A Cashier Can't Get An Order Right,Why Should I Or Anyone Else Waste Their Money At This Location.
