You do not serve food here and you need to put the order forward and then give it to you to go containers, but you are more than welcome to dive in. The food was fantastic, as great as Afghan food can be. This is my first time at this point and at any time I am back in town, I will definitely be back here. Welcome the great food and hospitality.
Ordered takeover from this place. Once you go into you, you can see the people cook your food. I saw the spits on the grill made for the customers. This location is located in the part of Westbury, where you have to park most on the street, which can have a parking lot or there is a parking lot behind which you have to pay depending on the time you have to. Let's go to dinner. I finished ordering 4 Veggie Sambosas Chicken Kababab with Brown Rice. The Veggies Sambosas were fluffy and were well composed with the Chatni. Now the Chatni, although refreshing, packs a kick. Chicken Kebab was juicy and tender and I could say they just made it. The color seems intimidating and make you think it is saturated, but in reality it only has the right amount. Now the rice is not your usual pure rice. This rice bears. It has a mix of spices in which I can't tell you what they are because my palette is not so talented. The duck also comes with onions that do not bear that strong onion taste, which dwells in the mouth afterwards. It also comes with Pita bread and this white sauce. And let me tell you that this little supplement only increases the duck. Since the rice is strongly seasoned, the sauce helps to tame it. What I liked was to put rice, chicken, onions and sauces on the pita, to roll it up and eat it. As far as the price goes, I would say that he makes room in the pricier side. But we get high quality food and good portion.
The food is delicious and consistent every time. Even portions are large. The barg is my absolute favorite. I have gone to this facility since the opening in Westbury and have visited the Flushing site for over a decade. The quality has not decreased like the rest of the competition. My family always takes care of small occasions. I even introduced co-workers who have never eaten Afghan food and are now possessed. The owner took care of my family and friends for years.
Personally I am a big fan of Middle Eastern kebob like Afghan food, Restaurant was quit cozy and friendly environment, self service after order food. This place mainly offer take out. But you can eat inside. We ordered lamb sank, kebob plater with kabuli rice. It was so good. Specially lamb sank was so juicy because of its gravy. Overall I like their food. Must try lamb sank with Kabuli rice
My family and I stopped here for lunch after a trip to a farm in Long Island. We were all really hungry we’ve had pretty good experiences at the flushing location of Kabul Kabab before. This location definitely blew our expectations out of the water. We were so so pleasantly surprised! In addition to the combo, we also had their beef sambusa. At the flushing location, the meat sometimes comes out a bit dry but everything here was super delicious, juicy, and fresh. We especially liked the beef chunks the chicken on the bone. If you’re looking for a tasty appetizer, please get their beef sambusa eat it with their handmade sauces just perfect! We can’t wait to come back!!
