City Cellar Wine Grill Westbury

From start to finish everything was excellent! Unfortunately due to supply chain issues, they didn’t have the tequila and bourbon that we first ordered, however had good backups to choose from.

We haven’t been here in years, and it was just as good as we could remember. We were seated right away and our waitress Krystle greeted us right away and explained the menu. Krystle was incredible. She checked in with us frequently and made sure we didn’t wait too long from drink to drink. When the food came out it was well prepared, hot and tasty. The other couple were City Cellar first timers and they were very impressed with service, ambiance and meal. We had filet mignon sandwich, pistrami sandwich, kobe sliders, and ricotta gnocchi. There wasn’t a crumb left behind. Overall great experience.

We sat for minutes before a waitress offered to help us. Service was unorganized and slow. Not impressed

Food was good, nothing outstanding. Waitress was very attentive. Our biggest problem was that it was very loud. I would return again, but probably only for lunch when it might be quieter.

Have been to City Cellar many times including special occasions over the years. and was expecting the same quality of food that is always served. We were totally disappointed in the breaded Calamari appetizer which when arrived was luke warm and the calamari was hard and chewy. I have enjoyed the appetizer before and recommended it to my guest. Totally disappointed !
