The Panera Bread is perfectly located near the downtown Westborough. The ambience of the place is good and staff is great. The taste of food is fine as I don't think it is great but could be better. As a family you can go to it ones in a 2 3 months. I don't think it is a place to go regularly. Reason it will not give you value for money. The serving portions are small and the amount charged on those items is not justified. We order veggies Capri sandwish which was fine in comparison to baza Mediterranean veggie bowl. The rice and beans in it were under cooked and portion was very small for an adult man. For kids menu we order mac n cheese which was again very small portion as my kid 3 yr old asked for more food after finishing it. We also took 2 small canns of apple juice $3 each which is also don't make sense price wise.Overall, we spent $43 on these 3 eating items and 2 apple juice for kids. I think it was not a value for money meal and will only recommend to goto this place as ones in a 2 3 months.Kid friendliness: They have few items for kids but the variety and portions are not that great.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Food is always fresh and well made. Can customize to taste and with drive through the service is great. Cafe ambiance is variable depending on site but each is pretty similar. The downside is the prices have gone up
The food here is unbelievable expensive and such low quality for the cost. a half sandwich and 2 bites of mac and cheese is almost $15. The staff half the time does understand anything when the app does not work. I felt like the lowest quality ingredients sloppily put together.
I got 6 bites of barely warm mac and cheese for $7 and a Flatbread pizza that was cold in the middle, and I lost the one piece of to my unclean table. Last time I go to a Panera.
