Sushi Kojo Westside - Westbank

Got a takeout salmon poke bowl… so good!!! Love the staff, very friendly and sweet.

Kojo needs to decide whether they are a takeout or dine in restaurant. My husband and I went for dine in on Friday. We had to ask 3 times to have the table wiped. We ordered at the counter which was not relayed until another customer told us, maybe have a sign posted. My dish took a long time to come out and my husbands sat on the counter while the girl behind the counter packed take out orders, we finally had to ask if that was our ramen sitting on the counter. The two gentleman were busy making food but the girl behind the counter really needs to step up her game. Food was good but not great, probably better if it was served hot. They need to balance the takeout and give the dine in customers better service.

I ordered hot ramen with deep-fried chicken.The broth was watery until I got to the bottom half; how is this possible? The chicken had little flavour, soggy in the broth.I often eat at Wasabi in Kelowna. Their food is much better at the same price.Then the loud music (I am 76) and the staff yelling loudly for no apparent reason . . . I was happy to leave.The obliging staff has a language issue: hard to understand.
