I had a terrible experience with the service. I placed an order at 6 PM on October 21, 2023, and was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes. After an hour, I called back twice and was assured that my food was on its way. However, after two hours, I received a call stating that my order had been overlooked and asked if I could wait another 15 minutes. At that point, I decided to cancel my order. I would not recommend Lim Fong’s; they are not reliable if you’re hungry. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Food rating: 2.

The food was overly salty across the various dishes I tried, which was disappointing. However, the watermelon was fantastic! For takeout dinner, the price was reasonable at around $10-$20 per person. Overall, I rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff member who assisted us was quite rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. On several occasions, they have also messed up our orders and forgotten items in the bag. Even during delivery, items were missing. Overall, it was not a good experience.

A couple of days ago, I ordered chicken fried rice from this restaurant. After paying for it, I took it home, but was very disappointed to find that there was no chicken—just a lot of rice and excessive onions. I felt really let down because I had trusted them with my order. I returned today to speak with the manager about the issue, approaching him calmly and explaining that I had received chicken fried rice without any chicken. His response was dismissive; he simply asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" His attitude was quite rude, and I've noticed this behavior from him during my previous visits as well. It feels like there is a degree of discrimination. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant. While his wife was polite and apologized, the manager's behavior was unacceptable and deserves a zero-star rating.
