Boston Market - Westampton Twp

Ordered a BLT chicken sandwich and 2 half chicken garlic and herb. The garlic and herb chicken did not have breadcrumbs like it usually comes with, and thank goodness I checked the chicken sandwich before I left because I was missing the lettuce and tomato. I walked back in to let them know, the cook said “well we’re out of that.” First of all, they forgot to make the sandwich so I was waiting an extra 5 minutes for it after the cashier reminded him, so he couldn’t let me know they were out of tomato and lettuce?? What else is the point of a chicken BLT? And they also made it seem like an annoyance when I asked for a refund obviously. I was standing there at the counter the entire time he made the sandwich, even asking him for extra mayo please yet he couldn’t tell me that were out of half the ingredients. What a humiliation for the business owner.

I was heartbroken to see they were closed because they were not paying their employees! I never had any issues with this location, it's a shame they closed but glad the workers reported it to the state! I hope they get every penny they are owed.

Great place to visit food was good the chicken was soft and fell off the bone. Beverages were cold attended was polite atmosphere was calm n soothing. Plenty room to move about lots of seating. everything was clean floor tables counters also Disinfected. Lites were bright bathrooms smelled and felt nice n clean. The prices were high but just like everywhere else. The quality of food from Boston Market as gone down over the years. When they first open, real potatoes was used for the mashed potatoes not its down to instant potatoes.

Never again. The chicken pot pie was very dry and cold.
