Ernie's - West Yellowstone

Great spot on the way into West Yellowstone entrance. The line was out the door but the staff moved quickly and got us in and out in no time at all. We had a latte, donuts for the kids, the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and a bagel breakfast sandwich. They seem like a lot of food but I highly recommend it for a large breakfast on the go before a day full of hiking. The staff was very friendly and there was a good amount of seating as well for dine in.

Perfect little place for a quick bite. They have a good number of vegetarian options too. We ordered the veg panini and sandwich, tomato pesto sandwich, dreamy avocado sandwich. The avocado sandwich was rich and had a lot of microgreens. Absolutely loved the mocha and cappuccino. Great staff, really quick food delivery time.

Awesome to find a great, quick American or French breakfast so early on a Sunday! Very friendly, French-family owned. Nice vibe, cozy atmosphere, right at the West Yellowstone entrance. Nice vanilla latte and biscuits and gravy for breakfast for me, but lots of great pastries and other full breakfast options available. Definitely check them out before all the attractions!

We ordered five boxed lunches and each of us (different tastes, all) were happy with our order. The classic Italians were a particular highlight, but even the simple make-your-own with turkey, cheese, and pesto was well-crafted and tasty. Would definitely go again on my way into the park.

Had breakfast there and ordered their box lunch. Breakfast was delicious and the box lunches were awesome as well. Came back the next day for the box lunch as well. Not disappointed at all. Had the sausage gravy which was great and the biscuits were awesome. Bacon was disappointing but the sausage gravy covered it.
