Edwards tavern - WEST WODONGA

My husband and I, often go to Edwards for lunch together with family - for my son in law works close to this venue, so that maximises time to enjoy lunch. The food is so generous in size proportions and a container is available to bring home extras if you wish! The food is always presented so attractively - the venue is beautiful, always v clean, the wood fires are so inviting too in our recent very cold weather. We just keep coming back because we love it here - staff are helpful too...

And I do mean warm! There's a beautiful open fire crackling away that is well tended. Nice & cosy. Beautiful pub with lits of different areas to dine in - cosy nooks for couples, long tables for larger groups, outdoor areas or the sports bar, great friendly atmosphere, can accommodate wheelchairs & prams. Friendly saff. Well equipped bar & delicious seasonal menu.

We walked here from the BIG 4 caravan park. Very friendly welcome. Excellent service & great meals Only complaint was the log fire was way too hot

The loveliest tavern. Great service from Tiarna. Always happy with a great smile. Free bar snacks. Easy to book a table in the bistro. Great TV's for betting and watching AFL..Just an allround lovely place. Accomodation across the road. We will be back. Thank you !!

They charge $15 for "bruschetta" which consisted of 3 slices of stale French bread with a small amount of tomato and red onion with barely any balsamic vinegar on a mountain of Aussie salad, their curry was horrible which they charged $26... also, their kids room desperately needs some disinfecting and attention, most of the toys are damaged and look like they've never seen soap and water.One last thing, the smell of the wood they burn is so off putting. Really disappointing.
