Moe's And Cafe - West Virginia

This place was pretty good a few years ago. The waitress was rude. Ordering and bringing food out was poorly executed… Seemed like they didn't want us there.

We had the cheese steak hoagie and chicken parmesan sub. It was very good and the bread was excellent, and you know the bread makes the sandwich. We will definitely be back before we leave to go home.

Was on the way back down to Kentucky from Mountain Lake Lodge. We were looking for some place that we don’t have around town to eat. We found this place online and decided to try it out. Right from the get-go we were greeted by our waitress who gave our little girl a stuffed animal. Lots of kind words and very personable staff. They all contributed to the atmosphere. The Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and broccoli was wonderful and our waitress was Sarah She was perfect!!

This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service. I called ahead before placing my order online. We had ordered hamburgers from them before, and they were overcooked. So I wanted to make sure the burgers were cooked rare/medium rare this time. Sarah said she'd take care of it. When the burgers came, they were more overcooked than before, so I called the restaurant to complain and also let them know they'd only given us half the wings we ordered.
