Unfortunately, my experience with Lynn was less than favorable. I made the mistake of agreeing to allow her to represent me as the buyers agent when she was already the seller agent on the home I was interested in. The home had cracks in the foundation, which was alarming to me as it was so new. I felt like I was wasting this businesses time. In retrospect they wasted mine. I wasn't going to give a negative review but a friend of mine also recently worked with this company and felt the same way about the non-chalant handling of his questions and concerns. I had to call another realtor the moment Tim left my house and thankfully I did. Tim was absolutely no help and very uninterested in his own job.
