Arby's - West Virginia

Didn't get the things I ordered. I spent 60$ and didn't even get my mozzarella sticks I ordered 7 orders got 1, so honestly this has happened a lot lately and I am thinking on not going back because I called them 6 times and had to leave messages and for no return call. So they won't even make it right and that's why I am done......

Something has changed here in the past year or so. I used to enjoy the corned beef reuben and curly fries but the corned beef sandwich isn't nearly as good as it used to be. There's less meat and less flavor and the bread has the texture and flavor of plain soft bread rather than the toasted feeling it had before. Was just there at 8 pm. Sign says lobby closes at 9 and drive through at 10. Employees sitting around inside with the door locked and ignoring customers in the drive through.
