Domino's Pizza - West Vancouver

Ordered delivery of pizza. Told 45-1 hour for delivery. Called after 1 1/4 hrs. told it was on it's way. Called again after 1 3/4 hrs. told it had been delivered. It had not. They checked and said sorry, there was error they would call driver and call me back. 5 mins later pizza arrived fellow said they did up new order for me and drove it out. He lied. No way this was a new order. It was obviously a 2 hour cold pizza and was inedible!

Order here alot between me and my 7 roommates, they've messed up orders and been 35 mins past the 45min delivery mark. Always baked right, usually on time, usually correct order. Just hangry today so posting about may 1hr 20min deliver around 2pm on a average Sunday.

I love the daily specials that are emailed to you on a daily basis. The pizza is always on time whether you pick it up or have it delivered.

Called to place a delivery order from the Dominos on Denman Street. EMPLOYEE: Our internet is down so you will have to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. ME: OK, I understand technical difficulties happen, so I ask if they can take my order as I know exactly what I would like and it will be ready to deliver by the time your internet is back up. EMPLOYEE: No I can 't do that ME: Why not? EMPLOYEE: Because the internet is down and I need it to place an order ME: I get that, but can we expedite the process and you begin making my order so I don 't have to wait 15-20 minutes for the internet to come back online, then another 25-20 minutes for it to be made and deliveredj? EMPLOYEE: No, I need the computer... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Have you not heard of a pencil and paper??? You literally turned away business because you cannot function without a computer? You do not deserve to work in customer service!
